PEPSICO Approval for Erema’s VACUREMA PET recycling technology!

Already a while ago (e.g. from 15.09.2004) PEPSICO commercially approved Erema’s VACUREMA technology as suitable to produce post consumer resin to be used for the production of PEPSICO bottles again following an application implemented by Erema’s VACUREMA customer ITW Poly Recycling GmbH of Switzerland.

PEPSICO Global Procurement confirmed a permissible max. blend of 50% post consumer recycled pellet, coming originally either from ”curbside or deposit“ sources, reprocessed with Erema technology, for the production of new PEPSICO bottles for CSD and hot fill applications.
