Großbritannien bremst deutsche Verpackungsnovelle

  The PETrecycling.cz assessment based on R&D up-to-day results is, that it should be made clear, that all beverage containers, e.g. PET bottles, ALU cans and glass bottles, that are commercially imported into Czech Republic or sold here should be included in return systems with deposits - to encourage the consumers to take the bottles back

Großbritannien hat offenbar Einwände gegen die 5. Novelle der Verpackungsverordnung der Bundesregierung.

Eine ausführliche Stellungnahme hat die Regierung in London diese Woche der
EU-Kommission im Rahmen des Notifizierungsverfahrens übermittelt.

Die so genannte Stillhaltefrist, in der Deutschland die Regelung nicht erlassen dürfte, verlängert sich somit automatisch um drei Monate bis zum 31. März 2008.

Mit Frankreich und Luxemburg haben sich inzwischen zwei weitere EU-Staaten mit ausführlichen Stellungnahmen zur deutschen Novelle geäußert.

Selbst die EU-Kommission überlege, kritische Kommentare zur 5. Novelle der Verpackungsverordnung abzugeben.
