"Panto" goes live in Norway

Norway’s new deposit refund lottery, Panto, was launched in April at a group of pilot stores within the Rema 1000 and ICA supermarket chains.

In June the opportunity for consumers to play nationwide gets underway as the two chains begin further implementation across the country.

Opening day

Representatives of the Norwegian media were on hand as Arve Husby, Director of Operations for Rema 1000 (below, left); Trygve Nordby, General Secretary of the Norwegian Red Cross (middle); and Trond Kongrřd, Chief Operating Officer of ICA Norway, officially kick off the Panto lottery on the 21st of April.
